I’ve always used Safelite to repair my car windshields and they do not disappoint! They come to your location and appointments have always been within a day or two. From start to finish they get the job done in 45-60 minutes and warranty their work.

There’s no other company I will EVER use except Safelite!! They are by far the most amazing company to work with. They made my windshield replacement extremely easy. The technician was in constant contact with me the day before and the day of service. He kept me updated throughout the time he was at my house. Professionalism is there strong suit. I would HIGHLY recommend Safelite to anyone who needs any window replaced on your vehicle!

I had a great experience with Safe Life Auto and wanted to highlight their outstanding customer service and professionalism. My first appointment was with Keith, who arrived right on time. As soon as he began the inspection, he noticed a scratch on the windshield and immediately called it in. Rather than overlooking the issue, he took action right away and arranged for a replacement windshield to be ordered. Exactly one week later, my follow-up appointment took place and Austin came out to complete the replacement. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated. What impressed me most was the company's communication, punctuality, and commitment to doing the job correctly. From Keith's attention to detail to Austin's professionalism, Safe Life Auto exceeded my expectations. The timelines were accurate, the service was seamless, and the customer care was exceptional. I highly recommend them!

I had had a good experience once before with Safelite but Jan 10,2026, this guy Belen was supposed to come out & he never did. I had to call him to see if he was coming & he said that he was running out of daylight. I called the Arlington office & they said they’d send someone to my work place & got it all set up for the afternoon. No one contacted me. I contacted the Plano office & they said no one had contacted them & that they had no plans of sending anyone. I had to get on a call with the regular number that is given & the guy said he was sorry. He had the corporate office call me back & they said they were sorry. I had to schedule another appointment with the Arlington office to be at home to get it replaced the next day & then my payment didn’t go through! I found out after getting a notice in my mail in May where they either wanted you to call during THEIR regular business hours or mail in with your debit or credit card number via USPS. No website to connect with. I thought Safelite was a good company. The 2nd tech Keith was a great guy & he said the first guy did me wrong. I’m not pleased with how I was jerked around and lied to by the Arlington office.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I just had my front windshield replaced at Safelite, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The shop was spotless and professional, and they got me in right away. One thing that really stood out was how well the entire team in the back worked together — you could see everyone communicating and helping each other, which made the whole process fast and efficient. They calibrated my cameras, transferred my registration and toll tag, and even cleaned the glass when they finished. Highly recommend this location if you want top-quality service done quickly and correctly.
